Ingredients

• 1½ cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 egg
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ½ lb butter
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 8 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Beat until light and fluffy.
3. Pour into a 8 inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 350°F until knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.
