  1. Combine first six ingredients with a fork until crumbly.
  2. Press into a greased 9"x13" baking pan.
  3. Combine filling ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes.
  7. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites unitl stiff.
  8. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well.
  9. Spread over hot filling.
  10. Return to the oven for 10–15 minutes, until lightly browned.
