  1. Combine rhubarb and 2 tbsp of flour; place in greased 8-in. square pan.
  2. Sprinkle with raisins.
  3. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; sprinkle over raisins.
  4. Combine oats and remaining flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle over top.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
