  1. Wash blackberries thoroughly.
  2. Place washed berries on paper towels and pat gently to remove excess moisture.
  3. Place 1 cup blackberries, sugar, salt and water in medium size saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with cold water; stir cornstarch mixture into blackberries.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
  7. Stir in lemon juice.
  8. Beat cream cheese and milk together.
  9. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of graham cracker crust.
  10. Cover cheese mixture with half blackberry glaze.
  11. Arrange 1 pint blackberries over glaze.
  12. Spoon remaining glaze over top layer of blackberries.
  13. Chill for 2 hours.
  14. Just before serving, garnish with strawberry halves and mint.
