Mock Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 6 militon, cooked well
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1½ cup sugar
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 4 Tbsp flour
• dash salt
• 1 Tbsp lime juice
• unbaked pie shell

Topping

• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup flour
• ⅓ cup margarine

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except the mirliton.
2. Mix in the mirliton.
3. Line a 9 inch pie pan with pastry and fill with fruit mixture.
4. Mix together the following: sugar, flour, margarine.
5. Sprinkle over pie and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
