  1. Cream the yolks with the sugar, add the walnuts or almonds, bread crumbs and the whipped egg whites at the end.
  2. Pour the mixture into the cake baking pan, bake and after it has cooled, cut in two layers.
  3. Fill and glaze with the following cream.
  4. Beat the sugar with the butter, then add the yolks one by one and the ground vanilla until you get a cream.
  5. Gradually add the coffee essence and mix well.
  6. After the cake is filled and covered with cream, garnish with sliced almonds.
