  1. Mix dry ingredients then add eggs and pumpkin and mix again.
  2. Line pain with wax paper, spray with PAM.
  3. Pour batter in evenly.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Flip over on PAM sprayed saran wrap or dishtowel with powdered sugar sprinkled on it, then roll up.
  6. Wrap up and let cool the longer the better.
  7. Mix filling.
  8. Unwrap pumpkin roll and spread filling on evenly.
  9. Re-wrap put in foil to refrigerate.
