Makes 8 servings.



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, sugar and cornstarch.
  3. Stir in rhubarb.
  4. Pour mixture into a pastry lined 9-inch pie pan.
  5. Fold crust edge over filling, pleating to to fit.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar before serving.
