Ingredients Edit

Batter Edit

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 envelopes RapidRise yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup milk, very warm
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Cinnamom Topping Edit

  • 3 tbs butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Icing Edit

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1 tbs butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions Edit

  1. Mix batter ingredients in a presprayed 8X8 inch baking dish, let rest 10 min.
  2. Combine cinnamon mixture in a bowl.
  3. Top batter with cinnamon topping, poke topping into batter.
  4. Bake by placing in a cold oven, set temp to 350 degrees. Bake 30 min. or until lightly browned and firm in center. Cool 10 min.
  5. Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over warm cake.

Makes 9 servings.
