  1. Cream the butter with the sugar, adding the yolks one by one.
  2. Add the ground ammonia and mix until the mixture lightens in color.
  3. Add flour and knead rapidly to obtain a soft dough.
  4. Roll a finger thick sheet and lay on the baking sheet. Wash with a little egg.
  5. Sprinkle sliced walnuts or almonds on top. Bake, first at low temperature, then increase it.
  6. After it is completely cold, cut into desired shapes.
