1. In a large mixing bowl cream butter, cream cheese and sugar, until light and fluffy.
  2. Next add eggs, vanilla extract.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa ,almonds, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
  5. Then add to butter mixture.
  6. Mix well,then fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Spread mixture into a greased 13x9-inch rectangle baking dish.
  8. Bake about 28–34 minutes at 325°F degree oven.
  9. Remove and allow to cool.
